I've spent over 20 years working inside organizations — leading programs, governance, IT, and operations — before founding Firefly Strategic Consulting. That experience shapes how I approach this work, and it's also what's behind my book, Reset the System: practical, and built around how your organization actually operates, not a generic framework applied from the outside.
Strategy sets the direction. Operations is where it either becomes real or stays a plan on paper — this is where goals turn into daily work, where privacy and governance practices get built in or left as an afterthought, and where most organizations actually get stuck.
My approach is practical — I meet you where you are. I start by learning about your goals and how you're already working to achieve them, then work with your team to understand your context, identify gaps, and consider where things need to change. Your circumstances guide the work and shape the approach that's realistic for your organization.

Process audit workshop — Breaking down a process with the people who carry it out, and rebuilding it together. Deliverable: a process map your team can use for alignment and training, plus prioritized recommendations.
Workplan development & implementation — Developing a sustainable workplan that supports your objectives, with tools and coaching to help your team put it into practice. Deliverables: a co-created summary of objectives, a prioritized timeline, and periodic check-ins.
