The Reset Method
Reset the System lays out a process for moving an organization from reactive to intentional.
The Reset Method is that same process, brought to life — how I walk a leader or their leadership team through it, one topic at a time, using the same activities and reflection prompts from the book.
If you've read the book, this is what putting it into practice — with support — actually looks like.
No two organizations start in the same place — different histories, different constraints, different resources already in motion. The Reset Method doesn't ask you to fit the book's framework as written. It's how I take these same seven steps and shape them around where your organization actually is.

Start here. What a reset actually is, what we're working toward, and why it matters now.
The leader's role. Where you fit into the reset, how to build the team that will carry your vision, and how to support them along the way.
Strategy. Step back and look at the whole picture — your goals, your plan, what still works and what doesn't. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Operations. What's currently in place to support that strategy, and which changes will matter most.
Risk. Map the risks your organization is carrying, and how to mitigate them.
The plan. Pull it together into a priority list — the next right steps, in order.
Sustaining it. How to keep momentum once the reset is underway, so it sticks.
This isn't a fixed program. Where we spend the most time, what gets built out, and how deep each step goes depends entirely on your organization's context, constraints, and what you're already carrying. The steps stay the same — the work inside them doesn't.
